Our engineers come from companies like Persistent Systems, Infosys Labs, TCS Digital, and funded startups. They've shipped production systems used by global customers. We screen for communication, problem-solving, and code quality — not just CV keywords. You can run a 1-week trial before committing to a longer engagement.
Indian Standard Time (IST) is UTC+5:30. This gives us a 4-hour overlap with CET (Central European Time) and a 2-hour overlap with EST (New York). Our engineers can adjust start times to maximise your overlap window — many work 12pm–9pm IST to align with EU mornings and US afternoons simultaneously.
Engineers are embedded directly in your tools — your Slack workspace, your Jira board, your GitHub org. There's no project manager relay layer. You talk directly to the engineer. We hold a short weekly sync with you (not the engineer) to discuss capacity, blockers, and upcoming needs.
You do. 100%. Our standard MSA assigns all work product, IP, and code to the client. Engineers sign an NDA and IP assignment agreement before starting. We are happy to use your preferred legal templates. GDPR compliance is standard for all EU client engagements.
We have a 10 business day replacement SLA. If an engineer isn't delivering or isn't a cultural fit, tell us. We find a replacement from our pool immediately, there's no billing gap, and the outgoing engineer hands over context before leaving. We'd rather replace fast than defend a bad match.
For a dedicated team engagement, the minimum is 4 weeks. For project-based or sprint work, it depends on scope — but we don't do anything under 2 weeks. Our sweet spot is 3–12 month engagements where engineers become genuinely embedded in your team and delivery velocity compounds over time.
